What is included in the Alchimist warranty?

All Alchimist products come with a 12-month global warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use. Extended warranty up to 24 months is available through authorized distributors. Warranty must be activated within 30 days of purchase at alchimists.com/warranty.

How do I activate my warranty?

Go to alchimists.com/warranty, enter your product serial number (found on the product label), purchase date, and proof of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with your warranty activation details.

How do I claim warranty service?

Visit alchimists.com/warranty, log in with your warranty registration, describe the issue with photos, and submit a claim. You'll receive a Warranty Authorization Number (WAN) within 2-3 business days. Then ship the product to our service center or visit an authorized dealer.

What is NOT covered by warranty?

Physical damage, water damage, unauthorized modifications, improper installation (incorrect wiring, overpowering), normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, use with non-compatible equipment, and products from unauthorized resellers are not covered.
